Commencement Ceremony

Congratulations! The North East ISD community and ACE staff look forward to celebrating graduation with your family and guests at: ACE's Spring Commencement on Wednesday, June 4, 10:00 AM, at Coker Methodist Church, 231 E North Loop Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216. Here are a few reminders.

 

Church Facility- Main doors will open at 8:45 AM.  Auditorium doors will open at 9:00 AM.  Please: NO food, drink, balloons, or noise makers. Distracting items are prohibited and subject to confiscation by security. Graduates, must arrive by 9:15 AM. Mr. Rudnick will meet you in the church entrance and direct you.

 

 Admission Tickets - Each guest must present an ACE Admission Ticket for entry. Each ACE graduate will receive a total of 8 tickets for their guests. Tickets will be issued at the same time you pick up your graduation regalia and invitations (noted below). Please place your tickets in a safe place, as they are not replaceable.

 

 Graduation Rehearsal on June 3 is MANDATORY. Please arrive at ACE no later than 8:00 AM for breakfast. After breakfast, all candidates will ride the buses (as required by NEISD) to and from the rehearsal site. Rehearsal will end at approximately 10:30 AM, and we should be back at ACE by 10:45 AM.

 

Attire: We are recommending business casual; please, no sneakers or flip-flops. Please be ready to go when you arrive at the church. If you need financial assistance with clothing, please don't hesitate in contacting Dr. Valdez.
